              RIPS (Recording Industry Performance Singapore Pte Ltd) (新加坡唱片播放版权有限公司) 是个法定的音乐录音/影象播放版权税征收机构。RIPS 已经取得参予唱片公司的同意授权， 指定并委任RIPS在新加坡地区执行并收取有关唱片公司版权的(1)音乐录像与卡啦OK录像等在公共场所之播放, (2)声音母带重制和(3)MP3/MP4 及负责签发有关之许可执照。 于1998年七月一日之前，此项版权征收与音像许可执照的签发任务乃是由SPVA (新加坡唱片录影工业协会)，现已更改命名为RIAS [Recording Industry Association (Singapore) / (新加坡唱片音像工业协会)]所执行。
