If you play music videos before 1 January 2007, licence fees prior to 1 January 2007 are payable under the old tariffs below. From 1 January 2007, you will pay licence fee based on the new tariffs.

NOTES: All tariffs are subject to GST at the prevailing rate. Floor area is taken to be the total floor area of the establishment. Tariffs are payable in advance unless otherwise indicated. The above categories are only a guide and are not exhaustive. RIPS may amend or add to the above categories without notice being given to the applicant. The classification of any establishment shall be at the sole discretion of RIPS.
Category A Establishments where facilities for dancing are provided i.e. nightclubs, discotheques, etc. Rate (Per Site Per Annum)

Category B Establishments where no facilities for dancing i.e. pubs, lounges, etc. Rate (Per site per annum):

Category C For food courts, cafes, restaurants and fitness clubs. Foyer, function rooms and meeting rooms use in hotels, social clubs and shopping centres, etc. Rate:
$1,500.00 per site per annum
Category D For chain stores, departmental stores and other business premises not specifically referred to in any other category. Rate (Per site per annum):
1 monitor	$ 180.00
Up to 3 monitors	$ 360.00
Up to 5 monitors	$ 480.00
Above 5 monitors	$ 600.00
Video Wall, Projector	$ 1500.00
Category E For ad-hoc events:
(1) Blanket ad-hoc licence for exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, etc
S$1,200.00 per week per site per event S$500.00 for the subsequent week or part thereof
(2) Other "one-off" single events
